AYBO Board Meeting  Wednesday, January 29, 2020.  Antioch Sr. Center  Call to order at 6:31 PM  Attendees:  Stacy Schaufele, Jodi Klemm, Sarah Kaiser, Linnea Mortensen, Joe Koene

● Approval of Meeting minutes from 8/21/19  ○ Stacy S. made motion to approve, Sarah K, 2nd motion  ● Approval of Meeting minutes from 10/30/19  ○ Stacy S. made motion to approve, Sarah K, 2nd motion  ● Approval of Treasurer’s Report   ○ Jodi Klemm made motion to approve, Stacy S, 2nd motion  ● Tournament Update  ○ 4 teams per age group (Including Antioch)  ■ Joe/Tim will work on getting teams confirmed with  money/registrations sent in  ■ Cost of $150/team  ○ Round Robin Style  ○ One day (Sunday as more teams are available)  ○ Concencessions   ■ ACHS Girls basket ball will run conceessions and provide  everything  ○ Refs are confirmed/cost   ■ $30/per Referee per game  ○ Tournament Insurance  ■ Approximate cost $150   ■ Approved to purchase

● Update on Game/Practice Schedule  ○ Procedure for Notification of game cancellation  ■ Discussion of master schedule/spreadsheet  ■ Addition of Board members to Team App  ● Board members will be added as parents  ■ Current cancelled games will be rescheduled  ○ Procedure for Practice cancellation  ■ Board members will be notified via app  ■ Others coaches will cover, or teams can be allowed to  practice with another team  ○ Coaches will notify board of conflicts for game/practices   ■ Assistant coaches will cover to avoid game cancellations    ● New Business  ○ End of the Season League Tournament  ■ Most teams/gym space not available.   ■ Will attempt to modify schedule next year to accomodate  ○ Spring basketball program  ■ Will explore interest  ■ Look into McHenry County Teams to join/play  ■ Inquire with Borries about a Spring Program  ○ End of Season Party  ■ ACHS Commons is available  ■ Gym space is not available  ■ Jodi will contact D34 schools for availability for a party  ● Further discussion/planning at next meeting  ■ Budget will await specific location   ● Approval at next meeting  ○ End of Season Girls Gifts  ■ Johnny T’s will match cost of last season at $20/each  ■ $100 Screen Fee  ■ $1200 for gifts  ● Motion by Jodi K and 2nd by Stacy S.
